1. About the Service
The Service lets you create AI calendars from natural-language descriptions, with event content generated and periodically updated automatically by AI, and made available through calendar subscription links (ICS) or notifications. Some features require a registered account or a paid subscription.
2. Account and Security
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that takes place through your account.
- If you discover any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
3. AI-Generated Content
The calendars and event content in the Service are generated automatically by AI models. AI-generated content may contain errors or outdated or incomplete information (such as incorrect dates, times, locations, or links). All AI-generated content is provided for reference only, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Before relying on this content to plan your schedule or make decisions, please verify it against official sources yourself. The Service is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI-generated content.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you must not:
- Create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or pornographic.
- Impersonate others or spread false information to mislead other users.
- Use automated means to mass-register accounts, abuse the AI generation features, or circumvent usage limits.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service, or access its systems and data without authorization.
- Resell the Service or the content it generates without permission.
5. User Content and Public Sharing
- The calendar descriptions you enter and the calendar content generated from them remain yours. You grant the Service the right to store, process, and display this content to the extent necessary to provide its features (including publicly displaying calendars you have set as public on the Explore page).
- Other users may report inappropriate content. We have the right to review, hide, or remove content that violates these Terms.
- If you repeatedly or seriously violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your account.
6. Paid Plans and Refunds
- The prices and contents of paid plans are as shown on the purchase page, and payments are processed by the third-party service Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period. You may cancel at any time, and the Service will continue until the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase and applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service's software, interface design, trademarks, and brand (excluding content you create) are owned by the Service or its licensors and may not be reproduced, adapted, or otherwise infringed upon without written consent.
8. Changes to and Termination of the Service
We may add, modify, or discontinue all or part of the Service's features. In the event of a material change or termination of the Service, we will notify you within a reasonable period in advance through an in-app announcement or email.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is," without any warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; where liability nonetheless applies under the law, total compensation is limited to the fees you paid to the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This clause does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded or limited in advance under the law.
10. Amendments to the Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time, and material changes will be notified through an in-app announcement or email. If you continue to use the Service after the amendments, you are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For any dispute arising from these Terms, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, except where the law provides for exclusive jurisdiction or rules more favorable to consumers, in which case those rules shall apply.
